We usually reply within two business days, in Turkish or English. Please mention your device (iPhone or Android) and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Getting started
- Create a parent account with your email address and a password. We send a 6-digit code to confirm your email.
- Create your family and add your child with a nickname. Age and photo are optional.
- Connect your child's device: on your phone open your child's profile and choose “Connect a child device” to get a code. On your child's device choose “This device is for a child” and enter the code. Codes are single-use and valid for 10 minutes.
- Add missions from 150+ ready-made cards or write your own, then wait for the first approval request.
Inviting the second parent
Open the Family tab and choose “Invite the second parent”. Share the code only with the other parent: it can be used once and expires after a few hours. The other parent creates their own account and chooses “Accept invitation”. A family can have two parents.
Notifications are not arriving
- Make sure notifications are allowed for Mission Monster. If they are off, the Today screen shows a card with an “Open settings” button that takes you straight to the right page.
- In the app's notification settings, check that the types you want (approval requests, badges, activity requests, summaries) are switched on.
- When the app is open, you see an in-app banner instead of a system notification — this is intentional.
- Daily and weekly summaries arrive at the time you choose in the notification settings.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password”, enter your email and use the 6-digit code we send you to set a new password.
My child's device was disconnected
Create a new code from your child's profile and enter it on the child's device again. Missions, stars and badges are kept in the family, so nothing is lost.
Changing the language
Use the language button (globe icon) to switch between Turkish and English at any time. Notifications follow the language you choose.
Privacy and deleting your account
